Donahue Joins the Southwest Florida College Tampa Campus as Campus Director

Tampa, Fla., December 28, 2009 -- Veronica M. Donahue is no stranger to the field of Higher Education. Since 1993, she has worked as the Director of Recruitment at ITT Technical Institute in Thornton, Colorado and as the Director of Admissions at Brown Mackie College, Hamilton College, Concorde Career Institute and Denver Technical College, which was later known as DeVry University.

Donahue has a background in sales, marketing/advertising and training and was responsible for developing and delivering training presentations at the National Director of Admissions training seminar. She was also selected as one of the Directors of Recruitment to train and mentor newly hired Directors of Recruitment and she co-developed the National Training Video to be used as the primary training tool for admissions in all ITT Technical Institute schools nationwide.

Originally from Denver, Colorado, Donahue made the move to Tampa with the hopes of being able to retire here someday. She looks forward to supporting the students, faculty and staff of the Southwest Florida College Tampa campus as the newly appointed Campus Director and looks forward to supporting the college’s continuous growth.
