All candidates should have an advanced degree, a strong working knowledge of on-line and ground curriculum development and standardization, an ability to work with campuses across the US, an ability to travel and a solid, stable work history in other career college organizations. This is a senior level position for someone that is extremely well versed in academic standards, instructional design and education development in the career school industry.
