The controversy over Meritus University opening in Fredericton has faded and officials at the online school don’t expect it to affect enrolment as they gear up to begin offering courses this month.
"We’ve had more than 5,000 inquiries from potential students already and many of those are in various stages of the application process," said Meritus president John Crossley.
"The reception locally for Meritus has actually been very welcoming. I think people realize we’re a creditable institution with real programs that real people have been working very hard on." Read full story. (The Daily Gleaner)
