Excellere Partners Announces Acquisition of MedTech College, LLC

Denver — Excellere Partners, a Denver-based middle market private equity firm, is pleased to announce that its portfolio company, JTC Education Holdings, Inc., (JTC), has completed the purchase of MedTech College, LLC.

MedTech is an Indianapolis, Ind. provider of allied health education, including registered and practical nursing. MedTech operates four campuses in Indiana and Kentucky and has distinguished itself as a premier institution with exceptional programs and student outcomes.
