Phoenix, Arizona-based High-Tech Institute, Inc. and TCI Education, the parent companies of 22 accredited post secondary education institutions operating under the names Anthem College, Anthem Institute, The Bryman School of Arizona, Allied College and High-Tech Institute, announced its new leadership team and organization structure to fully support, develop and grow its system of schools as well as further reinforce its leadership position in the post-secondary, career-focused education sector.
The core of the new leadership team is comprised of Bill Hillard, President & Chief Executive Officer, Sheila Eriksen, Western Division President, Sandi Gibson, Eastern Division President, Vickey Cook, Vice President of Compliance & Financial Aid, Diane Gilmore, Vice President Legal & Human Resources, Kim Galetti, Vice President of Admissions, and J. Todd Rash, Vice President Advertising & Marketing. Over the past year, this core leadership team has tirelessly worked to lay the foundation for the company’s evolution.
Leadership team members recently added to help the company meet the needs of students, employers and the ever changing economy were Tony Mediate, Senior Vice President & Chief Marketing Officer, David Kramer, Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Reid Gough, President of Online Learning, and Dr. Paul Bao, Vice President & Chief Academic Officer.
The now enhanced leadership team will work closely with Chief Executive Officer Bill Hillard [who has been with the organization for 11 years], to chart an ambitious course of growth for the company.
