As today’s education marketplace becomes more competitive, it’s imperative that scholarship providers, like the Imagine America Foundation, continue to meet and exceed the high quality students expect while enrolling in career colleges. In its commitment to continued improvement in its scholarship delivery process, the Imagine America Foundation today announced a new alliance with Wonderlic, Inc. that will focus on enhancing customer service.
IAF chose Wonderlic as its survey provider due to the company’s 70-plus year history as a researcher, developer and administrator of educational surveys and assessments.
"Wonderlic is the ideal affiliate for this endeavor because the company has proven its commitment to providing schools and businesses with quality surveying solutions," said Robert L. Martin, President of the Imagine America Foundation. “We’re confident that the survey process developed and administered by Wonderlic will capture all of the areas that the Foundation is looking to assess and improve.”
The Imagine America Foundation survey is designed to collect feedback on the application process and the student’s customer service interactions with the organization. The results will assist the Foundation in enhancing the processes it has already established to improve the service provided to applicants. Every scholarship recipient will be asked to complete the survey, which will make the feedback as comprehensive as possible.
Customer service is especially important to the Foundation because the organization’s programs depend on scholarship recipients’ quality experience. For every positive experience the Foundation provides, it can inspire current recipients to refer their friends and family to the Foundation and to the schools participating in IAF’s scholarship and award programs.
In addition to developing a better understanding of the scholarship process, Wonderlic and the Foundation will analyze the data for improvement purposes in various other areas for each individual scholarship program, including possible enhancements by geographical region.
The Foundation offers three individual scholarship programs for high school seniors, military personnel, and adult students. IAF also sponsors two annual awards programs that recognize career college students for their academic performance and other accomplishments.
