(July 8, 2009) – PlattForm Advertising, a leading advertising and marketing agency for postsecondary education, will be attending the 2009 PAPSA Conference in Cranberry, Pa. at the Four Points Sheraton Hotel (Pittsburgh North) July 22 -23.
