PlattForm Advertising Announces Executive-Level Hire and Promotion

Lenexa, Kan., Dec. 8, 2009 — PlattForm Advertising has added two directors to its award-winning Creative Services department. Joel Stolinsky will now serve as Creative Director and Linda Smith has been promoted to Associate Creative Director. Their collective talent and experience will help PlattForm’s Creative Services department rise to even greater levels of achievement and better realize their clients’ creative visions.

Joel Stolinsky will help guide PlattForm’s overall creative vision while providing leadership, inspiration and instruction in his position as Creative Director. Stolinsky brings more than 15 years of experience in general brand, promotional and business-to-business market advertising to the position. A Michigan native, Stolinsky received a B.F.A in Advertising from the College for Creative Studies in Detroit, Mich. Stolinsky has developed and directed campaigns for clients such as Honda, American Airlines, Harrah’s Entertainment, Star Wars, and Cingular Wireless. Stolinsky has earned numerous awards for TV, print and outdoor advertisement design.

Linda Smith will provide creative leadership and feedback to all of PlattForm’s creative teams and organize various projects throughout the department in her new role as Associate Creative Director. Smith has been with PlattForm for almost one year as Content Development Manager. An Olathe, Kan., native, Smith received an M.A.I.S. in Journalism, Art, Speech and Drama from the University of Texas at Tyler. Her previous experience includes newspaper and magazine editing and management; nonprofit marketing with the University of Texas health system; healthcare marketing and advertising; freelance website content development; and public relations instruction. Smith is the recipient of Texas State Press Association Awards in Column Writing and Advertising.
