A coordinated training strategy, coupled with job-specific functionality, is crucial to establishing effective professional development to empower employees, enhance growth opportunities, and reinforce loyalty.
Dr. Robert Roehrich and I recently made a presentation on retaining and empowering employees through professional development at the FAPSC’s 50th annual conference. The presentation provided career college executives and managers with strategies for addressing employee knowledge and skill requirements, increasing an employee’s value to the organization, and stimulating employee loyalty and retention.
